The hotel was family-friendly and the staff was consistently courteous. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of olympic museum. The beach nearby was nice and the view was outstanding. Lovely bed, stylish bathroom and coffee, armchairs and large windows in the room. Venue was tidy and the service was amazing.

by and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in lausanne, had much fun.

We really loved it, its service and staff. Le Thai au Lac, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. A mini-kitchen was a big plus.
